Our apps, including Focused Writer and ISTAB, are currently available for free. Since there is no charge, no refund is applicable.

Paid Upgrades

For paid upgrades (like Focused Writer Pro), the following policy applies:

• App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• Simple process: Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem portal

How to Request a Refund

Our apps are available on the Mac App Store. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Select the app and request a refund
